We always work with ♡ to improve your life, but if you want to delete your Fridom account please follow the next steps:

1. Initiate the account deletion via Fridom App. Go to “Profile” » “Account Details” » “Want delete your Fridom account?”.
2. Our support team will reach you by email or by our WhatsApp to liquidate all of your Fridom tokens within a maximum of five (5) business days from today.
3. After full liquidation/sale of tokens, our team will delete your account on the next business day.
4. You will receive a successful deletion email from your Fridom account.
